	Keith Massey (Concert Secretary) has responsibility for arranging Concert bookings for the Choir.

"Enquiries for the Choir to perform a Concert come from varied sources . . many enquiries come from recommendations and from the modest quantity of advertising that we undertake.

When I make arrangements for the Choir to give a concert, I check that sufficient members are available on the particular date and circulate an attendance sheet.  I can offer advice to the organisers on a suitable format for the Concert.

We also discuss the donation or fee for our performance; whether or not a tuned piano is available or the location of a power point for the Choir's digital keyboard and the staging of the Choir, the Accompanist and the Conductor."
